Lots to tell you this month. Our Heart Resonance Conference was very successful with lots of people. Many new techniques were shared mainly for level 3. If fact, level 3 has grown so much, it is now a 2 day workshop. Some of the new techniques include Body Candecense and Soul's journey healing to name just a couple.
As a result of the level 3 expansion to 2 days I regret the cost has also got bigger. the level 3 is now $288. All people that have already attended the 1 day level 3 are still welcome to re-sit the new 2 day workshop for free. I would recommend that all current level 3's do that when possible. I will be traveling overseas again this year hopefully to Canada, England, and other places in Europe. I also hope to make it over to New Zealand as well. Please contact me with interest in my work for these countries.
Congrats to you Canadians in winning both hockey golds. You Kanucks are pretty good at hockey. Also while on the subject of Canada I have set dates for Vancouver. New mini workshops
Through the years of teaching I have been asked on many occasions to present some quick and easy workshops that will target specific areas. As a result of this I have produced a series of mini workshops each designed to be learnt over a few hours.
Each workshop is available in house at my centre, some visiting venues, and also distant learning. The distant learning workshop pack includes workbook and CD of me actually presenting a class, so it is like actually being in the workshop. If any questions arise, simply email me and I will do my best to answer all questions just like being in the class.
I will from time to time be creating additional workshops as the need arises, I will keep you informed of what is available. I will also have them listed on my soon be to released new website www.trevorgollagher.com
I have kept the cost of these mini workshops at a low price to make them assessible to everyone. Each of these workshops is just $25 in house or $30 distant learning version.

- Meditation workshops - comments I get from many people is that they have difficulty in meditating correctly. So I have put together this workshop to impart real knowledge and understanding of what meditation is. Learn how simple and easy it is to improve the quality of your life through meditation. Learn how and why; meditation impacts on your consciousness, correct position to meditate in, the real purpose of meditation, how your chemical make up changes with meditation, and most importantly, the real benefits of meditating. You will learn numerous meditations in the workshop.
- Being in the Heart - This workshop teaches powerful techniques to re-align and balance your life. It also helps to increase your intuition ability, calm the mind, and be more productive. This workshop contains some very powerful tecniques from the Angelic Realms.
- Living with Detachment & Allowance - This class helps you to align more to the Universal natural flow. When you develop the ability to live in a state of full allowance, you free your life from all burden. As a result Joy and Happiness naturally arises.
- Living without Stress - Yes we do need stress in our lives as this is what motivates us, however there is good stress and negative stress. Learn to recognise the cause of negative stress and learn techniques to decrease its creation.
Is your Life Programmed for Unhappiness?
 Have you ever wondered why sustained happiness is not achieved?
Does it ever get you down when everyone else you see seems to have it together but your life is imploding or in a mess?
Do you blame yourself for feeling this way or worse still, blame someone else for what your life brings.
Do you actually have a choice in what happens?
It is said by many spiritual and non-spiritual people that we always have a choice in how our life is. I would agree with this, however the vast majority of people do not understand how choice works.
The foundation of all energetic unfoldment is based on Universal Truth and Law. Divine Plan (which Universal Truth and Law are a part of) has been written and everything is unfolding in accordance with it. Nothing at all functions outside of this principle. An interesting thing about Divine Plan is that its unfoldment never makes mistakes. It has in the past, and will in the future, unfold always in perfection.
How can this be?
Because God created Divine Plan and God does not make mistakes.
So if everything is unfolding within this plan can we actually change anything?
Answer - NO
We cannot change the plan, but we can change how we perceive its unfoldment, which in turn changes the energy of what we experience. How our perception perceives, depends on what energy we are currently aligned or attached to. You see, all experiences you ever had and are going to have, are the exact ones you were always going to have. We all may think that we made different choices and that changed the course of our life, and yes the choices you make did change your life, but in actual fact, those choices were the ones you were always going to make. so in a sense you did not have choice, it just appears that way.
You can never accidently or consciously make a wrong choice, one that is outside of Divine Plan.
Regardless of what you think about the experiences you have in your life, you have come in this incarnation to have them. For older readers of this newsletter, you know that I subscribe to the belief that all souls on all levels of existence exist simply to gather energetic experiences available from wherever they exist. This all serves to make the bigger piece of God even more complete. You can read more about this in my last book titled "Gracious Awakening" and I will have additional info in my new book I am currently writing titled "In God's Love" to be released later in the year.
All people are doing the exactly the same thing - gathering energetic experience. All experience serves the same purpose and has equal value. Some experiences appear as disharmonious, some positive. We all have our alloted experiences to gather and incarnate into the perfect family to set up the right conditiongs to gather them. Our parents and society in general, moulds our beliefs and ideas of what is right and wrong and then we go forth and experience from this conditioning.
At certain stages of our souls development, we seek to align more to what I call Divine Truth. Divine Truth is all energy that is in alignment with Divine Plan. This energy carries all the energetic quality of God, and in a sense is God. As this energy is of God , it displays God's energetic quality. Which is the pure, positive frequency of "Unconditional Love".
This is where is get interesting. Every experience you have that is not positive, joyful, abundant and loving, is a direct result of you aligning yourself to what is not real -"Non-Truth". When we align to non-truth, we start the creation of disharmony and burden. We as humans align to non-truth because our whole conditioning is based on it. So it is very hard to be any other way. And depending on your level of soul evolvement, are not meant to see truth. Otherwise you would not draw to you the energy experience of disharmony that's abundantly available in this reality of Earth.
We are here to gather all experiences regardless of if they are perceived good and bad. In the big picture they are all good.
You are a pure and loving piece of God and in any moment you can recognize this fact. If you do, you recognize truth, which pulls you closer into alignment with it. As a result, negative dispels and positive experience naturally starts to arise.
Yes we all have come to gather perceived experiences, but right now it is time to recognize truth and leave behind the impact of non-truthful negativity.
Yes we all can awaken to truth and start to live in harmony and peace. I often say to people, "If you are experiencing any form of negativity, right in that moment you are aligning yourself to non-truth. By simply recognizing this fact is actually recognizing truth, which pulls you closer to it. The more aligned to truth you are, the more you align to who you really are - a divine piece of God. The more aligned you are to true self , the more you start to experience your natural state and qualities."
Truth is, you are a small piece of God, and if so, how could you ever experience negativity. To experience any of it must indeed be an illusion.

Heart Resonance Conference, Coffs Harbour
This years Australian HRT conference was a real hoot with many new techniques and processes shared. This years format had more treatment time for participants which everyone enjoyed. We also had a chance to offer healing to a gentleman in need during one of our harmonic sessions. He noticed much shift and clearing from this session.

Well why not join us for a casual bicycle ride on the Sat 6th March.
You don't have to be a speed ace on a bike to join us. It will be at a slow pace and will mainly be on bike pathways so no worries about cars.
we will meet at the Sunnybank sports club carpark at 3pm for a gentle ride to Stones Corner to a cafe for coffee, juice or whatever and a spiritual chat, then ride back. All up, it is about hour or so of riding.

 Hi [FIRSTNAME] just letting you know, because my Sundays are taken up by my stall at the Manly Markets, my Reiki workshops will now be conducted on a Friday and Saturday. Also I will taylor workshops according to a persons work and home life around kids at school. So far this has been working very well for me. Because of this reason sometimes the Reiki workshops have not been advertised, so if you are interested or know of anybody interested in a workshop please pass on my details.
The next Reiki workshop will be on a thursday-friday sometime in March. Visit the events calendar for details. As soon as I confirm a date I will list it on the calendar.
I also have a request from a couple of Reiki students who wish to purchase a massage table that has been hand made by Greg. Unfortunately, Greg has stopped making tables. Greg's tables are special as they have Reiki symbols engraved on them. If there is any students who currently own a "Greg Table" and who wish to sell it, I have two buyers waiting. I also have picked up some beautiful pieces of Danburite and Scolecite crystal and a dainty one of Scolecite and Apophyllite that I have wired. Pics below.
DON'T BE A GALAH
Many of you have heard Trevor talk about THINK, SAY, DO and how that affects our day to day living. We know what it means but have any of us had a direct experience of it. I am here to say I have and I would like to share it in hope that it may help you.
About three weeks ago I was a passenger in a car when I became angry at the person driving. Picture the cartoon with steam coming out of the ears, that was me. Instantly I felt the right side of my shoulder tighten and then continued up the right side of my shoulder and as much as I tried to let go and detach, I could not. I knew what I had to do but could not push through. Not even deep breathing was giving me any relief.
It was in that moment I had a bright idea and in my mind I yelled in desperation"Spirit Help". Within that moment my prayer was answered. I looked across the road and there was a giant sized billboard advertisement. I don't know what it was advertising, all I remember was a big picture of a bird and next to it "DON"T BE A GALAH". Instantly I felt a shift. I always knew spirit had a sense of humour, spirit had answered me.
As we drove I felt bubbles of energy in the form of laughter well up inside me. It started at my root chakra and continued up and shot out of my crown. As this happened, all the tension disappeared out of my shoulder and neck the same way it had appeared. So essentially anger was dissapated with laughter. I didn't laugh out loud, I just allowed the energy to move through me and it left a smile on my face until we reached our destination.
I thanked spirit very much and I use the energy of "DON'T BE A GALAH" often. It works every time.
So feel free to use it, when you are at your wits end or ask spirit for a new one. One that is personal just for you.
